AXIAR OUTPUT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SUITE

AXIAR is a complete output management solution for a company. It gives them the abilities to not only manage print runs, but also format output and archive data. AXIAR is made up of three modules that work together to give a total solution:
- AXIAR Format: This module formats output generated by computer systems in order to effectively present information vital for conducting day-to-day business. For example, AXIAR Format can take the output from an accounts receivable system and inventory system and merge that data into documents that eliminate the need for pre-printed forms. These documents can contain graphics, text and signatures and are fully customizable. AXIAR Format’s conditional logic capabilities actually use user-defined “triggers” found in the application data to build documents intelligently and variably select document elements such as logos, local language or marketing messages based on the data stream. The Format module can work with virtually any data coming from any Windows, Unix, Linux or proprietary application.
- AXIAR Deliver: The Deliver module is built upon LBM’s proven print queue management technology and allows users to completely manage the output of their data and deliver it to where it is needed. Output from large invoice runs, reports, shipping documents and the like can be reliably spread across a number of network printers or output can be delivered to email, fax, Web, image, or custom destinations. The Deliver module works by accepting the output from an application or user, selecting a destination, and then monitoring the transmission. Should a problem arise, the module provides automatic output redirection, user alerts, scheduling, logging and troubleshooting tools to ensure reliable delivery of the output. For those wishing to archive data, the module also converts the formatted data into a PDF file, extracts search values and automatically indexes the output. From a single application request, output such as invoices can be delivered to a variety of destinations and stored electronically without operator intervention. If the company chooses to create an archive, they will have an “intelligent image” all ready to do so.
- AXIAR Retrieve: The Retrieve module is the primary desktop user interface for AXIAR and provides extensive search, retrieve, re-send and archive functions. This module eliminates the need for printing and filing hard copies of records and allows for immediate retrieval of such documents. Vital information such as reports or shared marketing materials can be centrally and securely shared across company networks using AXIAR Retrieve.
AXIAR Retrieve can also archive and index files generated from outside a company’s infrastructure, enabling businesses to securely store and share virtually any customer communications.
