When it comes to invoicing, fast invoice delivery to customers means faster payments. In order for Mercer to take advantage of their IT infrastructure, they needed to intelligently build and deliver documents based on application data values. In addition, documents must be stored exactly as they were created in order to satisfy legal requirements for reprints.

At the same time, a PDF image of the document is created and delivered to an online storage server for document retrieval, completely eliminating the need for manual filing of office copies. Consultant time is freed up to generate more business, and documents are efficiently distributed to remote offices for faster processing.
