AXIAR 8.0 Release

Bethel, Connecticut - LBM Systems announces a new release of their AXIAR output management, mailstream management and paper saving software that reduces costs and accelerates document-based information delivery. Departments that rely on document-based information delivery will benefit from employing AXIAR’s output management and paper saving features to lower printing costs, reduce waste and streamline document-based information delivery.

AXIAR 8.0 runs on Windows 10, 32-bit and 64-bit Windows, UNIX and Linux processors as well as iSeries servers. Customers have the option to employ best-of-breed server and operating system technology secure in the knowledge that LBM‘s software runs natively in their infrastructure. Highlights include:

• Improved Printer Communications: New queueing options to prevent printer storing jobs in memory; improved SNMP support for monitoring and trouble-shooting printers.
• IPDS Support: Eliminate the need for dedicated IPDS printers and/or IPDS I/O cards in printers.
• Mail Automation Module Enhancements: Improvements in logging and managing high-volume (more than 10,000 documents per day) output processes. Configurable bar code length, contents, and structure capabilities added.
• Security and Trouble-Shooting Improvements: Deeper integration with Active Directory; new options for archiving spool files and logs by date ranges.
• Form Design Improvements: New options for dynamically sized and formatted tables to create more effective output.
• Letters going to the same recipient are sorted and batched together into a single envelope
